- Stocking the bar with all essential supplies for the on-going daily operation
- Keeping the back of house in a clean and operating functional state, with strict inventory and stocking measures
- Attending immediately to any spills or customer hazards in common space
- ensuring the state of the store is properly maintained throughout your shift
- Assisting management in maintaining and improving store functionality
