As the bartenders extra set of hands, your job as bar-back is to support anything and everything behind the bar. You ll be responsible for maintaining stock, assisting during service and providing go-to support for all your bartenders’ needs. There’s potential opportunity for growth as many bartenders start as bar-backs.
