– Litigation to join their team.nn nnThis is a full-time position.nn nn Responsibilities nn Analyzing the probable outcomes of cases Using knowledge of legal precedents Advising clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations, select jurors, argue motions Meeting with judges, and questioning witnesses during the course of a trial, interpret laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses Presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in criminal or civil litigation.
nn Qualifications nn JD degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the NJ and NY Bar.
1-4 years of litigation experience Prior experience with motion practice, discovery dispute, and trial preparation.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, organizational, and problem solving skills are needed.
