Attention Trust & Estates Attorneys! We are currently working with a very reputable client South of Boston that is seeking to add a Trust and Estate Attorney with 3+ years of experience! Probate and fiduciary litigation experience is a plus! In this position you will be working directly with clients, communicate with opposing counsel, drafting and filing pleadings and discovery, and appearing in court at hearings and trials! Job Requirements:
– Licensed attorney with 3+ years of experience

– Probate & Estate Administration experience desired

– Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

– Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

– Stellar academic credentials and references

– Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing

– Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines
