Provide technical leadership to teams of developers providing application maintenance and support service to multiple eCommerce clients
Evaluate work product delivered from various teams of developers
Ensure code development follows a prescribed work flow from issue identification through testing to completion of development
Oversee and improve upon code management strategies to ensure consistently clean client code releases
Recommend solutions based on code delivered for other Amplifi Commerce clients
Working with a team of ATG developers bringing significant expertise in ATG design patterns, Java and J2EE coding and design patterns, code expertise in coding within the eCommerce space with multiple integration patterns
Performance Tuning of ATG Applications
Ensure application architecture standards, policies and procedures are implemented and followed
Work with business user teams to discuss, recommend, explain, and reconcile desired functionality and technology capabilities.
Design for high performance and growth in order to ensure that the application is highly scalable and can support high volumes of traffic
Help diagnose and resolve escalated production performance and stability issues
