Aston Carter
Description:Part time/fulltime position, scheduled 40/48 hours every two weeks with the ability to pick up shifts.
Shift that they are currently hiring for is 1st and 2nd .
They must be flexible and available for on call as well.
They would work weekend shifts as well.
This is not a Monday Friday role.
They do get paid for on call which is normally 4 hours before their shift were to start.
1st shift hours are from 7am-3pm, 2nd shift hours are typically 3pm-11pm, The 3rd shift hours are 11pm-7am, They typically aren’t scheduled every weekend but they are short staffed right now.
They would be able to pick up more shifts depending on how flexible they are to work off shifts.
Position will include sitting in front of a computerized phone system and answering calls as they come in.
Taking the phone call, taking messages, transferring calls, paging doctors, etc.
They will utilize multiple computer systems on a daily basis.
All calls that come into the hospital must be answered immediately.
The calls are short but important and the proper procedures must be followed.
