Job Title: Associate Customer Operations Specialist
Location: O Fallon, MO
Expected Duration: 4 Months Contract with possible extension or permanent depending on performance of the candidate and client needs.
Job Description:
* Performs assignments that support on-boarding customers, registration, and responds to ad-hoc customer requests on routine issues (e.g., customer name changes, etc.)
* Responsible for customer administration, such as managing common mailbox, tracking projects and billing, and generating administrative reports
* May assist in customer training and education initiatives by preparing communications and materials, etc.
* Interacts with corporate and business units (e.g., Legal, AML, Customer Risk, etc.) and customer delivery team to provide support to customers
