Description: Our client is currently seeking a Assistant Business Systems Analyst who will act as a liaison and communicate effectively with business users to resolve systems/application needs and issues.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Assist with gathering and developing training material as needed for various technologies and applications used at Central Maine Power.
- Work with the business areas to establish needs, priorities, functionality, standards, procedures and document technical solutions.
- Coordinate technical system/application training for users.
- Provide training to end users as required by the business areas.
- Provide day to day support for user’s questions/problems.
- Research business areas current systems/applications and processes to identify potential opportunity to promote process improvements based on best business practices and utilizing functionality within company’s business systems/applications.
- Also must have the ability to provide close support to end users unfamiliar with technology.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in the Industry
- Business systems applications experience
