**ASSEMBLY WORKERS & MACHINE OPERATORS****INTERVIEWING DAILY! SIMPLE HIRING PROCESS!****Responsibilities:**+ Assembling panels+ Maintaining a clean work environment**Requirements:**+ GED or High School Diploma+ Basic math and reading skills+ Previous experience in manufacturing or construction preferred but not required+ Ability to read a tape measure+ Ability to operate hand tools including electrical and pneumatic power tools**Physical Requirements:**+ Must be able to stand and walk on concrete for entire shift+ Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch+ Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. along with over 50 lbs. with assistance+ Must have manual dexterity in hands for full usage+ Must be able to work in temperatures above 95 degrees in a non-climate-controlled building**Schedule:**+ 1st Shift: 6:00am – 4:45pm; Monday through Friday; 45-minute lunch break+ 2nd Shift: 5:00pm – 3:30am; Monday through Friday; 30-minute lunch break+ If working Saturday, it is Mandatory**Pay:**+ $14 – $17 Hourly Based on Experience+ $15 – $20 Hourly Based on Experience+ $2 per Hour Shift Differential for 2nd Shift – Assemblers ($16 – $19) Machine Operators ($17 – $22)**Bonus:**+ **$250 at 30 Days and $750 at 90 Days****Call or Text Kim @ 423-464-4232 for more information!
