AR Assistant

Accounting Principals is hiring for an Accounting Support position on a contract to hire basis for our client located near Dallas, TX.

The exciting role is multidimensional and will be the perfect fit for a team-player with 2 years of Accounts Receivable to include, payment posting, client invoicing, and invoice follow up.

Responsibilities:
Post payments to customer accounts
Create invoices for client billing
Enter data into Excel spreadsheets
Post debits and credits if needed to balance accounts
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
Other Special projects as assigned
Q ualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of accounts receivable experience
2+ years of invoicing and invoice research is highly desired
Fast-accurate data entry for payment posting
Prefers previous NetSuite software experience
Detail oriented and organized
Independent worker, capable of self-managing at times
Dependable, hard-working, and trustworthy
