Job Qualifications:
Experience in cold/warm calling or in sales.
Comfortable and capable on the phone.
Comfortable and capable with new software.
Scheduling experience.
Ideal Candidate:

Ability to assume the “close”, persistent, and confident.
Reliable transportation a must.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Place high volume outbound calls to cold & warm leads.
Answer inbound calls to schedule appointments.
Explain the program & the benefits of going through the Home Performance with Energy Star program.
Qualify homeowners/decision-makers.
Set appointments for our team of technicians.
Appointment Setter Compensation:
Hourly pay plus commissions
– Pay is based on experience.
Basic Schedule:
40 hours/week.
Tuesday
– Saturday.
Required Skills:
1 year of cold or warm calling/appointment setting.
Computer literacy is a must.
The ability to overcome objections.
A proven record based on performance.
Salesforce or CRM lead database experience.
+ Bilingual is a plus, not required.
