Essential Functions:

• Answering and responding to inbound customer calls, emails, chats and texts

• Scheduling and confirming sales and service appointments

• Data entry

• Maintains electronic and manual filing systems

Requirements:

• Follows all attendance and punctuality standards and adheres to timekeeping standards

• Maintains a professional appearance in accordance with company policy

• 1-2+ years of customer service or high volume call center experience

• Other duties as assigned
