nn nn About the Company & Opportunity nn Our client is a construction industry leader in the located in the Stapleton/Northfield area They are seeking a strong AP Specialists to join their team The leadership team is dedicated to employee success Excellent benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance, 401k w/ match & PTO nn Primary responsibilities for the AP Specialist: nn High volume, full-cycle AP processing for multiple entities Research and resolution of issues Account & vendor statement reconciliations Processing travel & expense reports Sales & use tax ME Journal Entries Ad hoc projects as assigned nn Ideal skills and experience for AP Specialist candidates: nn 2+ years’ experience in full-cycle AP processing Ability to research and resolve issues Exposure to larger ERP systems Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work on-site Proficiency in MS Office Suite Must be self-sufficient and able to work independently nn Other information about the AP Specialist role: nn Work hours are 9-5:30, Monday-Friday, with the opportunity for overtime Local AP Specialist candidates only, please!
