AP Specialist

A Denver company is looking for a strong AP Specialist to join their team!

Duties and Responsibilities for the AP Specialist include:

• Full cycle AP processing
• GL Reconciliations
• Vendor set-up, 1099’s & W9’s
• Process Credit Cards
• Vendor communication
• Expense Reports

Skills and Experience required for the AP Specialist:

• 3+ years’ experience
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Professional communication
• Must be able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail/accuracy
• Non-profit experience is a plus
• Degree is a plus

Other information for the AP Specialist includes:

• Work hours for the AP Specialist are flexible, 8-4:30pm, Monday-Friday
• Business casual work environment
