Aon is looking for a Strategic Planning ManagerYour impact as a Strategic Planning ManagerThis role will report into the Head of Strategic Planning within the Digital Client Solutions (DCS) function. The Strategic Planning team is responsible for facilitating business roadmap discussions at monthly DCS executive meetings to represent both the customer requirements, as well as the operational and financial goals of DCS. The team reviews and critically evaluates new ideas, opportunities and initiatives presented ahead of the monthly Governance Forum. They’re responsible for partnering with business development teams to share real-time portfolio insights and ensuring capacity to drive successful collaboration between customers and partners.Role Responsibilities:Assists the Head of Strategic Planning with conducting Opportunity Assessments to review and evaluate client proposals, determine eligibility for advancement, and prepare selected proposals for Executive Review. Helps clients develop business cases to secure approval of investment funding in alignment with the strategic goals of Digital Client Solutions (DCS). Partners with relevant cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to document key considerations, assumptions, and dependencies to build thoughtful and effective business cases. Proactively mitigates risks by identifying potential challenges and recommending solutions. Helps determine the appropriate allocation of delivery resources based on key priorities as established by the Head of Strategic Planning.
