Sweep, mop and vacuum floors.Carry soiled utensils to wash area.Wash and clean utensils as directedClean trash receptacles, carry out garbage and keep work area clean.Set up meal trays, food carts and dining room as instructed.Distribute and collect menus as needed.Assist in checking diet tray before distributionDeliver food car, trays, etc.

High School students working part time are exempt from this requirement.Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks with frequent interruptions.Able to follow oral and written instructions.Ability to work flexible hours.Must meet general health requirements of the facility including routine TB tests, etc.Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals
