Agile Business Analyst The Agile Business Analyst will be working closely with business users, IT and third-party suppliers to deliver capabilities and solutions that maximize the value of the company s investments. The ideal individual for this position is proactive and flexible, has an eye for improving business processes and an aptitude to quickly develop, quantify and prioritize solutions. To achieve excellence in this position, the Business Analyst must have the ability to build rapport with the end users or have a deep understanding of the transportation industry and the processes and the capabilities that support it. Work with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to understand high level business needs and elicit detailed requirements using various methods Perform root cause analysis and develop, quantify and prioritize process and technical solutions in collaboration with key stakeholders, IT and third-party suppliers Prepare detailed functional and technical documentation and artifacts Participate in the development of RFIs and RFPs and the vendor selection process Create User Stories in JIRA Write and execute UAT tests Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization Escalate issues to the Manager andor Sr. Manager in a timely and appropriate manner Attend Agile ceremonies in support of the team Participate in activities to support the rollout of the new system(s) About You 3+ years of Business AnalysisBusiness Systems Analysis experience 3-5 years of working in an Agile environment 2+ years creating User Stories in JIRA Have prior UAT experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to influence or negotiate with other functional areas Are very detail focused Must be able to work independently, or in a team setting Bachelor’s Degree or MBA preferred
