What AEOS Offers You: To maximize your sales effectiveness, you will have unlimited access to our Business Lounges Sales CRM And Lead Database system.
This access will allow you to view your MTD/YTD sales results, review your daily appointment schedule for the upcoming days, follow-up with pending proposals, answer inbound leads while calling outbound, and submit your daily appointment results.
AEOS provides the best net-profit share split in the industry with more than 50% of all profits distributed back to AEOS members.
Our company promotes from within so you can manage your own team in your area and move to bigger positions based on your performance with company.
With our lead database system, the leads are provided to AEOS members in a round-robin fashion to give every one of our AEOS Entrepreneurs the best chance to gain success.
You will have the opportunity to be in full control of setting your own hours and change your schedule, but beware the less you work the less you will most likely make.

Requirements: * Ability to follow AEOS step-by-step selling system that addresses clients?
needs, demonstrates product and service features & benefits, and overcomes selling objections to close deal.* Strong closing skills and computer proficiency are a must in this business!* Must possess effective communication skills: ability to deliver accurate messages, utilize active listening, and demonstrate only top quality customer service skills to all clients.* Computer/Laptop, Internet, and Headphones w/Microphone required for position.* Skills to organize and follow through in handling details, records, requests, etc.* Aptitude to manage time and activities to meet deadlines, goals, quotas, and customer requirements.* 1+ year of experience in sales is helpful, but not required.
We will train the right person.* Established relationships with businesses, brands, and professionals.* A track record demonstrating an ability to develop and grow a book of business.* Excellent communication and presentation skills.* Deep understanding of either Advertising, Marketing, or Internet Marketing is plus.* BA/BS degree is a plus, but is not required to be considered for this position.
