Our mission is to create a healthy and positive work environment, where hard work is recognized and rewarded and where there’s a clear path for career advancement.Job Summary:This is a part-time position in which the Customer Care Scheduler will be responsible for creating routes, setting up new services, organizing technician routes to maximize productivity and reduce drive timeProviding assistance to customers, technicians, and staffGenerating work ordersRequired: Superior communication and social skillsRequired: Experience generating and organizing routes with a service-based companyResponsibilities and Duties:Provide 5 Star Customer Care to customers and internal staffAssist Branch Manager on day to day operationsActing as a liaison between customers, technicians, supervisors, inside and outside sales departmentData entry of new customer accounts, payment details, price increases, notes from technicians and sales representativesSupport customer retentionScheduling and optimizing routesEnter and monitor maintenance plansVarious administrative tasks to that will include scanning, printing, prepare work orders and invoices plus review all for accuracyQualifications and Skills:Obtain a minimum daily route average of 100 miles or less per vehicleMaintain a route utilization of 65% or higher for residential routesMaintain minimum average daily production value per technicianPlease Note:To be considered for this position, you MUST complete the culture index survey.
