Overview
HonorHealth is a non-profit, local community healthcare system serving an area of 1.6 million people in the greater Phoenix area.
The network encompasses six acute-care hospitals, an extensive medical group, outpatient surgery centers, a cancer care network, clinical research, medical education, a foundation and community services with approximately 12,300 employees, 3,700 affiliated physicians and 3,100 volunteers.
HonorHealth was formed by a merger between Scottsdale Healthcare and John C.
Lincoln Health Network.

Responsibilities
Job Summary
Serves as a working operations lead for staff.
Acts as a resource for information regarding ADT system, Medicaid, self-pay accounts, and Insurance benefits.
Serves as a liaison between the Patient Access representatives, Supervisors and Directors.
Serves as a subject matter expert with the patient access processes in the ADT system and any other systems utilized by Patient Access personnel; performs all tasks needed to meet department operation requirements and goals.
Participates in identifying needs for process improvements and creating/enhancing processes in the revenue cycle.
Maintains ongoing department training program in conjunction with Patient Access Supervisor and trainers.
Prepares the Department schedule, accepts sick calls as needed and modifies the schedule accordingly.
Serves as a resource for employees in regards to all pertinent software applications.
Covers any areas in the Admitting Department to assure throughput by completing the necessary tasks.
Attends departmental meetings in order to enhance communications within departments.
Participates in process improvement activities.

High School Diploma or GED Required
Experience
2 years demonstrated experience planning and directing other’s daily work Required
