What the AR/Collections Specialist will do…
Creating invoices and sending them out to clients.
Following up on discrepancies and help client come up with solutions.
Following up with clients on past due invoices.
Making between 10-15 calls daily.
Receiving & processing payment information Processing 60 invoices on a weekly basis
What the company needs in an AR Specialist/Collections:
Degree not required 2-5 years of Collections experience Someone who can work independently with limited supervision Someone who has good communication skills, and a team player Accvantage software experience is a plus!
Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPS)
