RESPONSIBILITIES OF ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST:
Obtain and mails invoice copies for customers, as requested Answer accounts receivable phone inquiries and follows up Call and/or mail correspondence to customers as necessary in order to update accounts Make collections calls to outstanding accounts Cash Apps Weekly check runs Run monthly report for month-end close Remittance
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST:
1 year + AR experience Attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid computer skills Experience with Macola is a plus but not required Must have billing and invoicing experience
