Account Coordinator

• Provide support to the account teams that manage South Zone, On-Premise and Convenience Retail accounts.

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, CIS, AR, AP, Legal and Bottling Partners to improve System operational effectiveness.

Job Profile:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitating, tracking, researching customer payments for accuracy
• Outlet maintenance, ensuring accounts are moved to the correct entity.
• Act as power user in PowerPoint to create presentations and provide support to other members of team
• Create customer scorecards
• Central point of contact to communicate execution priorities, by customer to the bottling system.

  Own PICOS

• Run daily/weekly/monthly volume reports using Matrix or Nielsen to track and monitor volume performance
• Special projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• 1-2 years’ work experience with sales support and data mining
• Preferred Level: 2-3 years’ work experience with sales support and data mining
• Specialized Technical Skills Minimum Required:
• Highly efficient in excel, PowerPoint and computer capability.

  Ability to use information tools (i.e., Coke Channel, Matrix, etc.) to obtain the needed information to evaluate performance and access relevant data.

• Ability to identify and understand patterns and interconnectivity of relevant data
