We will provide necessary training.This position is within the Paralegal Department at Abramson Labor Group.

You will have the opportunity to work directly with Senior Paralegals and a Demand Team Lead to provide the most effective support to our client’s and team of attorneys and paralegals.

Primary job functions include:Conducting telephonic intakes with clients to capture detailed information about their case.Communicating clearly and empathetically with clients.Drafting succinct factual summaries.Identifying relevant violations of law.Drafting Demand Letters based on firm’s guidelines.RequirementsBachelor’s degree.1 years of law firm experience, preferably working in a labor/employment litigation practice.Bilingual (English Spanish) Strongly PreferredExcellent writing and communication skills.$18.00 $24.00 an hour, depending on experience.Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word, Outlook, and Teams.Able to operate a multi-line phone, calculator, and cell phone.We are looking for someone who is an ambitious, hard worker willing to work hard and hit their daily metrics.Must be highly motivated, have a positive attitude, and be a team player.BenefitsMedicalDentalVisionPaid HolidaysCan provide company equipment if necessary.
