Here, you will make an impact by:+ Learning and leveraging your knowledge of the 3M HIS|M*Modal portfolio of services, including technical requirements, modules, deployment details, and security concepts.+ Implements 3M processes related to security reviews and client requests for information; responds to internal, 3M client, partner and prospect requests for information related to solutions and security technical and security requirements.+ Effectively and efficiently meets productivity and quality requirements associated with the security review and RFP processes.+ Leverage technology, effective language to respond to client needs while remaining an effective steward of security information and intellectual property.+ Works collaboratively with 3M teams including product, development, security, implementation and client care, to determine requirements, create documentation, and technical responses, solution effectiveness, project approaches, and risk framework details for 3M solutions.+ Coordinates with other members of the Client Technology Team and subject matter experts in product, development, and security teams to curate and maintain a repository of question/answer pairs for use in process of fulfilling requests.+ Identifying and communicating gaps in the product portfolio to the product development and security teams.

Works to educate impacted teams and close identify gaps.+ Supports timely completion of RFPs and other requests for information, process documentation, or materials including writing, and compiling commercial responses and coordination with subject matter experts and product teams.Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:+ Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution in a businesstechnical related subjectOR+ High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and a minimum of six (6) years of documented experience in Health Care Information Technology+ Two (2) years of related experience in Health Care related experience supporting clinical or revenue cycle solutions in a private, public, government or military environment+ Experience work with Information Technology planning, deployment, and lifecycle management.

Enterprise deployment and management experience required.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:+ Ability to clearly understand and articulate technical and business topics to clients of various technical skills in written, oral, or presentation forms.+ Current Information Technology Technical Certifications (including AWS, Microsoft, Security).+ Five (5) years of related experience in Health Care related experience supporting clinical or revenue cycle solutions in a private, public, government or military environment.Skills include+ Experience of pre-sales activity for IT solutions within the healthcare industry.+ Experience in Health Care Revenue Cycle solutions is an advantage.+ Experience of speech recognition and/or radiology technologies is an advantage.+ Excellent written, verbal, and client focused communication skills are an advantage.+ Ability to manage multiple projects and to prioritize completion in a fast-paced environment is an advantage.+ Proven track record of responds strongly and positively to challenging work and deadlines is an advantage.+ Experience interpreting technical instructions and communicate same to clients of various technical skill levels is an advantage.Travel: May include up to 60% Domestically, 10% InternationallyRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being 3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
