$2000 HIRING BONUS – $500 after 90 days, $500 after 6 months, & $1000 at 1 year!
Advantage is hiring a wildlife technician. No experience required, we will train! This is a full-time position, year-round, we do not lay off in winter! Different shifts available, you choose!
Advantage Termite and Pest Control is seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and professional individual to run our Wildlife route. Must have these skills:
- No fear of heights, crawlspaces, roofs and attics
- Tobacco Free Environment (ALL forms including VAPING), NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Good Communication skills
- Must be able to lift 100 lbs., good physical condition job requires a lot of up and down ladder, lifting ladder, etc.
- Clean diving record
- Handyman
- Mechanical aptitude
- Pass a drug test
- Pass criminal background check
Experience a plus but not required, we will train the right individual to inspect structures for squirrels, raccoons, birds, bats, mice, etc. for infestation. You will learn correct trapping procedures to remove birds and animals from residential and commercial properties, and to repair any and all damage they have caused.
If you enjoy working outdoors and can handle a fair amount of independence, this may be the career for you. Must want to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay starting at $18.00 per hour plus monthly commission and production bonus. Eligible for 3 pay raises within 90 days of employment!
You can expect to earn from $40,000-$50,000 first year. We also offer:
