Main Job Tasks/Responsibilities:
– Perform water extraction and anti-microbial application.
– Setting equipment and monitoring drying systems.
– Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details.
– Manage assets to include tools, equipment and vehicles in a clean and orderly condition.
– Strong customer service focus and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
– Perform production processes within given time-frames to ensure quality control.
– Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the
safety of occupants and workers.
Additional duties will be assigned as needed.
Job Qualifications and Skills:
– Experience working in the disaster response industry strongly preferred.
– Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have a strong work-ethic.
– Excellent computer skills, to include proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as competent
with other computer-based tools.
– Mandatory on-call schedule rotation for evening and weekend hours.
– Must be able to respond to emergency service calls after-hours and during inclement
weather.
– Must be able to work in personal protection equipment (PPE) including respiratory
protection.
– Must be able to lift, push, pull and twist 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100
pounds with assistance.
– Ability to work with/around cleaning products.
– Ability to work independently and problem solve with minimal supervision.
Requirements for Employment:
– Must be able to provide or obtain IICRC Certification.
– Must be able to pass a drug test.
– Must be able to pass a background check.
– Must have a clean driving record.
– Must have a valid driver’s license.

Salary: $15.00 to $22.00 /hour

– Restoration/Remediation: 1 year (Preferred)
