THE OPPORTUNITYOversee production of quality goods while maintaining standard cycles, safety, and quality control. THE ROLEReporting to the Process Engineer/Production Supervisor you will:Provide molded components in a timely manner, to ensure production schedules are met.Be responsible for all aspects of the injection molding processing including, but not limited to, set-up and tear down, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance and workflow.Respond to machine alarms in a timely manner to minimize down time and maintain machine efficiency.Machine efficiency and productivity, including mold and machine maintenance.Work with Process Engineer & Shift Supervisor to ensure safety standards are being met.Assist with material management including the processing of scrap and regrind producedGenerate documentation on molding runs that can be used to control traceability and ensure reproductivity.Follow established procedures, to maintain a clean and organized environment.Report any molds and machines requiring maintenance.Perform minor maintenance functions as needed on machines and auxiliary equipment.Work overtime / adjusted work schedule as required. THE REQUIREMENTSTo meet the basic qualification for this role you must meet the following:High school diplomaMinimum of 2 yrs., Hands-on experience in Injection Processing or Technical training, involving hands-on injection processMust be able to work safely.Must be able to lift 35 lbs to shoulder heightMust be able to wear proper protective equipment.Must be able to stand, walk, bend and climb for 80% of a shiftMust be able to take direction and work well with others.Must be able to maintain a good attendance record.United Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
