(ADSI for short)

ADSI is the parent company of two auto accessory distributors for GM and FORD, operating out of four warehouses (CO, UT, MT, WA), distributing to a 10-state territory.

This position would be simply mounting, unmounting, balancing and wrapping tires for distribution, occasionally assisting with warehouse duties.

All tires are brand new and are not mounted to vehicles-so no car lifts, old equipment, used cars, working outdoors, or customers.

We would like to fill this position with a positive (can-do attitude), detail-oriented, organized team player.

We are in a brand new warehouse with state-of-the-art tire machines located in West Arvada.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Inspects tire casing to identify holes, tears, or other defects.
Identifies appropriate tire size and ply; inflates tires to proper air pressure based on product information.
Identifies counterweights required to balance wheels with the use of balancing machines; attaches counterweights onto rims.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Basic qualifications:
Prior experience with tire mounting and balancing (minimum 6 months previous experience preferred).
Must be 18 or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at a time
Manual dexterity to operate tools and tire equipment
Ability to handle loud and continuous noise
Exposure to hazardous circumstances
Helpful Experience:
Experience working in a team environment (collaborating with coworkers, joint problem solving).
Experience receiving and processing merchandise according to standards.
RF scanning experience preferred not necessary.
Prior automotive tech education, dealership employment, or shop experience.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.75
– $19.00 per hour
