Pump equipment setup, review/execute basic test specifications, record results, and review with Test or Project Engineer.

Pump assembly will be required for: Warranties returns (RMA), and will be asked to provide assembly support during peak volume times.

The perfect Test Mechanic candidate will be able to perform these essential duties
• Assists in the process of RMA evaluation and processing.

• Computer abilities such as MS Office, ERP systems, create work orders, process RMA documentation.

• Build test loops in preparation for pump testing
• Setup pumps for performance testing
• Examines parts for conformance with dimensional specifications with measuring tools such as dial indicator or calipers
• Activates controls to apply electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or mechanical power and subject test item to successive steps in test cycle
• Monitors controls and instruments and records test data for engineer’s review
• Test Lab maintenance & improvement
• Keeps machines and work area clean and free of debris.

• Able to operate forklift and other lifting devices
• Follow all safety precautions and practices safe working habits.
