Technician

Pride Health is seeking candidates for Technician for a top-rated healthcare facility in Englewood, CO. This is 6-month contract-to-hire role.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Duties:
•    This is an entry-level inventory and lab support position.
•    Performs a variety of laboratory tests and assays in accordance with established policies, procedures and regulations in a designated technical department. 
•    Interprets results, subject to verification by Technologist/Supervisor, and providing allowance by State regulations.
•    Assist with counts for reagents, could be asked to assist with reagent prep if up-to-par on skill-level.
•    Helping with specimen transport from freezer to freezer.
•    Prepares laboratory specimens for designated departments/locations prior to laboratory analysis and testing.

Qualification Required:
•    Bachelor’s degree in a life science required (biology, chemistry)
•    Entry level role (no lab experience required)
