Sr Building Maintenance Tech Location: Fort Worth (Main) Performs maintenance on interior or exteriors of facilities/office buildings and campus work request.
Typically performs work in one or more of the maintenance trades: carpentry, general maintenance, equipment repair, civil and electrical knowledge.
Tech.
will use our CM’s and PM’s work order system, conduct routine periodic inspections and testing to determine repairs and maintenance necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities buildings also do annual PM’s on safety equipment in the buildings.
Familiar with hand and power tool’s.
Work/office skills: familiar with computers systems programs, experience in blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Has experience with aerial and fork lift equipment.
Works well with team members and is willing to learn new skills that come with this position.
Preferred Requirements: General Maintenance Commercial building, Hospital & Pharmaceutical environment.
Self-motivated, good direction skills along with professional client communication skills.
Work well with other trades especially good Safety Practices and willing to work Overtime, Holidays as requested.
