The technician is responsible for making reports and monitoring activity so that the business will feel satisfied with the knowledge and expertise gained.You will have a flexible schedule, work in the field, and apply a combination of mechanical, physical, biological, and chemical tools to prevent and control pest issues. Sprague is seeking an independent yet team-orientated individual keen to be part of a business where each day is anything but ordinary. You will speak with trainers and use the NPMA field guide to navigate and control for pests.Sprague Pest Solutions is a commercial pest management company in the Pacific Northwest and Intermountain regions with branches in the following states: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, Colorado, California, and Nevada. This includes using a variety of pest control methods, providing a strong line of communication to the client and being professional.Maintain and keep organized a company vehicle. Professionalism is a must while commuting or in the field to promote and represent the Sprague brand.Maintaining knowledge of applicable laws, rules, and regulations governing pesticide application. This includes knowing the biology and morphology of a variety of pests like ants, rodents, insects, and a variety of pests harmful to structures or unwelcome in our communities.Grow the business by building new relationships with local and national brands.
