You will be able to take pleasure in seeing tangible success from the hands-on work you perform and be proud seeing a customer’s face when you leave them pest-free.As a Route Manager and a Certified Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for protecting food at every step of the supply chain which touches millions of lives in the United States every day. The technician is responsible for making reports and monitoring activity so that the business will feel satisfied with the knowledge and expertise gained.You will have a flexible schedule, work in the field, and apply a combination of mechanical, physical, biological, and chemical tools to prevent and control pest issues. Sprague is seeking an independent yet team-orientated individual keen to be part of a business where each day is anything but ordinary. You will speak with trainers and use the NPMA field guide to navigate and control for pests.Sprague Pest Solutions is a commercial pest management company in the Pacific Northwest and Intermountain regions with branches in the following states: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, Colorado, California, and Nevada. The branches cover areas in Montana, Nevada and Wyoming as well. This includes using a variety of pest control methods, providing a strong line of communication to the client and being professional.Maintain and keep organized a company vehicle. Professionalism is a must while commuting or in the field to promote and represent the Sprague brand.Maintaining knowledge of applicable laws, rules, and regulations governing pesticide application. This includes knowing the biology and morphology of a variety of pests like ants, rodents, insects, and a variety of pests harmful to structures or unwelcome in our communities.Grow the business by building new relationships with local and national brands.
