Job Description Summary Prepares documentation, maintains records, and coordinates logistics for product shipment. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: * Manages daily shipments of customer orders, ensures orders are shipped compliantly and on time * Schedules and Coordinates both Domestic and International freight forwarder transactions * Performs oracle sales order releases * Selects freight forwarders based on company objectives for cost and delivery * Maintains shipping records, including providing tracking or shipping history information to customers on request * Prepares shipping paperwork as well as completes shipping transaction in appropriate systems * Prepares appropriate labels for shipment as required * Complies with EHS & Quality System regulations and policies * Performs warehouse distribution duties in compliance with current GDP as per annual GDP Training and local procedures' (Core Imaging Only) * Proactively escalates issues preventing Ship Complete On Time * Follows standard work and procedures to enable communication with "customers" and "suppliers" * Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned Qualifications: * High school Diploma or local equivalent with a minimum 2 years' experience in Materials or Logistics * Demonstrate ability to read, write and speak in local language * Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook * Ability to interface with Customers and Suppliers in a business professional manner on the phone and through e-mail Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree * 5 years' experience in shipping, logistics, or materials * Ability to prioritize and handle multiple work tasks * Ability to communicate well and work with others Our total rewards are designed to unlock your ambition by giving you the boost and flexibility you need to turn your ideas into world-changing realities.
