Service Technician copiers – Great opp for an experienced individual!

JOB SUMMARY: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Daily reports to the Head Supervisor of the Campus Copier Center of CSUB. Daily review of all on campus requests for print jobs, all routine check-ups on the onsite printing and copier units. Handles the monthly pin report count for every campus department. All counts are maintained on excel data sheet for record keeping and meter usage for each individual machine. Collects all meter reads as needed on a monthly basis. As needed some machines require manual meter reads and also conducts to ensure FM Audit is operating correctly on all units. Detailed billing for the department, in which the Copier Center has necessary billing for the MFD Program that needs to be invoiced on a monthly basis accurately and efficiently. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must have a valid driver?s license and meet requirements set forth in Auto Safety Program and must be able to lift 20 pounds, move and respond to external stimuli.
