Service Technician

Come join our team at Continental Engines as a Service Technician
– a local distributor for power equipment and industrial engines, generators, and pumps.

We are offering a sign-on bonus of $1000 for qualified individuals.

Terms of payment will be provided with job offer to any eligible candidate(s).

The right candidate should be eager to contribute and willing to learn.

Primary Responsibilities include:
Accurately inspect, diagnose, repair, and perform load – bank test on equipment as directed
Rebuild engines and machine parts used in equipment repair
Perform preventative maintenance on generators
Service a variety of different generators and engines
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Job requirements:
Basic knowledge of generators and/or engines
Lift up to 75 lbs
Basic mechanics tool set
Work in an environment that is not climate controlled
Stand for 8 hours
Power Generation or Diesel Experience a plus
Able to use iPad or other technology a plus
