Now Hiring Trailer Mechanic OVERVIEW: Assist in safely and effectively completing preventative and required maintenance on trailers and other duties as assigned in a team focused environment FULL TIME POSITION: Monday Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday Rotation 7am-Noon.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Diagnosis, repairs and wreck rebuilding of the trailer fleet and reefers.
Assist in the completion of all necessary work orders.
Assist in the moving of equipment in/out of the shop and around the yard.
Maintains a clean and safe work area.
Shows commitment to the team by completing other duties as assigned or indicated to foster a team atmosphere KEY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to push, pull and lift up to 100 lbs.
Maintain a clean and safe work area Reefer unit experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate Key eye for detail ensuring safety in both the work area and the equipment on the road QUALIFICATIONS: Requires knowledge of all trailer repair systems and general mechanical skills.
