Our In Home Services technicians are leading the way in how they interact with our customers. They’re taking extra precautions when visiting customers’ homes, including wearing gloves as much as possible, not shaking hands or handing off devices, and sanitizing areas as needed. We provide personal protective equipment for all of our technicians, including masks, gloves, protective eyewear and more. We also train our technicians on COVID protocols, stringent cleaning practices and how to limit one-on-one interactions while servicing customers’ homes.
