ResponsibilitiesAre you looking for an opportunity to be part of an incredible team that makes a difference every day?
We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC/Refrigeration Mechanic who is looking to be a part of a dynamic maintenance team.
Provides quality customer service with a positive attitude and commitment to teamwork while meeting the needs of residents, staff and visitors.
Supports all aspects of the RiverWoods/Birch Hill community.Perform installations and service for all HVACR, life safety systems, commercial laundry and gas appliances.Troubleshoot and repair HVACR systems; prepare estimates for labor, equipment, and materials required to complete specified assignments along with ordering material and supplies as required.Facilitate routine inspections required by the State and local authorities.Respond to and maintain medical alert systems.Perform maintenance on a variety of tools and equipment; observes safety precautions and wears appropriate personal protective equipment.Assist and participate in fire alarms and emergency response procedures.Conduct chemical treatment on hydronic loops as necessary.Maintain the chilled and hot water supply systemsMaintain Domestic Hot Water systems.
Participate in updating material inventories.
Inspect and monitor the facilities building automated systems daily.Perform Environmental Service routine duties, including but not limited to trash removal, floor care, uncomplicated work orders, snow removal operations and shift coverage.
Participate in maintenance on call (MOC) as scheduled and be available for emergencies.Follow Hazard Communication Policies and Procedures to include but not limited to Lock Out Tag Out and the Globally Harmonized System.
QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentTwo-year trade school certificate in HVACR, EPA approved Universal Technical CertificateAbility to obtain a New Hampshire Gas Fitters License and a valid Driver’s LicenseA minimum of two years experience in the field of practice is strongly preferred Respect – Be Yourself – Community – Sustainability – Curiosity – Not for SelfOUR CORE VALUES
