We are seeking to contract an experienced RF Test Engineer to be a part of the AC/RF Hardware Design Team, on-site in North Reading, MA location in accordance with all Government and Company COVID Safety Requirements and Guidance.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Execution of test procedures for highly complex RF/Microwave prototype boards and instruments
Support automated RF/microwave/mmwave test stands in both engineering and pre-production environments
Collection, analysis and archiving of data in a logical format to present to the extended design team
Debugging test setups and failing boards
Accurately describing and documenting failures and issues that arise during the testing and debugging phase
Ensures External and Internal Customer Satisfaction.
Must be self-motivated, team oriented, “hands-on”, and work with minimal supervision
Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required
Possess strong RF systems troubleshooting skills
Experienced testing and characterizing RF systems up to 8GHz
Experience with both analog and digital circuits is a plus
Hands-on lab experience with various electronic measuring devices such as network analyzers, digital voltmeters, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, function generators.
Read and understand mechanical and schematic drawings
Possess good computer skills: Word processing, (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Works), Spreadsheets, (Microsoft Excel preferred), Working knowledge of PC operating systems (Windows 10 preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
Able to absorb, assimilate and synthesize information quickly
BS in electrical engineering, with coursework focused on analog, RF, and microwave circuits or AS + experience
