Baltimore area property management company is seeking experienced Maintenance Technician for apartment communities in the Baltimore area.Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:1.
Completion of resident work orders2.
Apartment turnovers3.
Emergency on-call maintenance after hours4.
Follow safety procedures while performing duties5.
Other duties and special projects as assignedRequirements1.
Apartment Maintenance experience preferred2.
Must have skills in electrical, plumbing, basic carpentry and HVAC installation and repair3.
Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record4.
Must have reliable transportation to use for work purposes5.
Must have basic tools6.
Must have valid paperwork to legally work in the United States7.
