Refresh Technician

Our client is looking for a Refresh Technician to join their team onsite in the Chandler, AZ area.
 
Scope of Activity and Overview:

• Collect machines from users
• Migrate data and manage data transfers
• Installing applications on machines to client’s specifications
• Issue and make sure client credentials work and are active
• Troubleshoot any issues that may come up
• Relies on instructions and established guidelines to perform the functions of the job

• Works under immediate supervision – primary job functions typically carried out under the direction of a project leader or manager
• Provide consultative approach to solving issues

 
Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 to 3+ years of refresh and industry experience required
• Knowledge of commonly used tech support concepts, practices, and procedures
• Must be able to refresh laptops

• Relatable and responsible when interacting with client

• Able to transform technical IT solutions lingo into terms everyone understands
• Impeccable follow-through to customer satisfaction

• Insatiable desire for knowledge, independence, and success
• Not intimidated by new or complex problems
• Hungry to work hard and hungry to grow your career
