You can also earn a competitive salary and great overtime, while growing your own career.Summary:You willhandleall specimen receipt, sorting, data entry and work within theForensic Toxicology Processing Departmentand assist theForensic Drug Testing Laboratory.You will beresponsible for the routine daily sample processingand be in a position to start your career in the healthcare industry.
If you are career-minded,enjoy working on your feet,andcomfortable working with specimen samples, this is a great position for you!This position has the following full-time shifts available(in Central Standard Time):Tuesday–Saturdayfrom5:00am to1:30pmTuesday–Saturdayfrom10:00am to6:30pmTuesday–Saturdayfrom2:00pm to10:30pmDuties and Responsibilities: Has a preliminary but functional understanding of the QTN Lab Information SystemSort specimens by source (hair, oral fluid, urine,etc) and work listCompletesMaxilogData EntryUnderstands and adheres to strict forensic practicesCapable of processing urine specimens for regulated and non-regulated testing independentlyAdheres to company policies and proceduresProficient with scanning/imaging all custody and control formsCapable of discarding negative specimensPerformsflexilogon routine urine specimens at 70 CCF’s per hourOther duties as assigned by supervisorRequirements:High School diploma or equivalentAble to sit or stand for long periodsWork in a laboratory environment and adhere to safety requirementsExcellent communication skills both written and verbal.Practical knowledge of computer systems.Commitment to Customer SatisfactionPreferences:Prior experiencein a warehouse or as a processorAll requirements are subject to possible modifications to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.
