Job is part time, some flexibility on hours and requires some responsibility for commercial property at seven locations from Green to Cuyahoga Falls.
Light maintenance, troubleshooting, managing contractors and keeping tenants happy are all required.
There will be weekly rounds on properties including trash pick up.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00
– $20.00 per hour
