ERG Aerospace ( http://ergaerospace.com) is looking for metal foam Manufacturing Technicians to join our growing group in Sparks, NV.

We have a dedicated workforce and are willing to train the right candidates to contribute in the production of our Duocel metal foam.

The Technician’s core function is to engage in each phase of our production.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, have a keen eye for detail, and recognized experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Job Summary:

Performs duties in multiple production departments, including Coating, Investment, Pouring, Breakout/Packaging.

The Production Technician also performs general maintenance duties throughout the ERG facilities in Sparks, NV, to include machine and support equipment maintenance as well as general cleaning and 6S.

Primary and Essential Duties:
Know and comply with all company safety rules and regulations
Maintain assigned PPE in excellent working condition at all times
Follow direction of designated supervisors and managers
Accurate daily record entries for all production and Quality requirements
Work independently while communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
Constant 6S awareness and participation

Use basic power tools and measuring devices (e.g.

wrench, drill, tape measurer, graduated cylinders, scales)
Work in a hazardous environment with toxic chemicals.

Training and PPE provided
Work in confined spaces while wearing PPE
Work in extreme temperature environment while wearing PPE
Perform equipment maintenance on a regular basis
Consistently and accurately follow specific written and verbal instructions
Obtain SOP and process certification annually in each department, Coating, Investing, Pouring, Breakout
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications

· Able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills, including effectively communicating with co-workers and management.

· Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills are a must.

· Reliable and Dependable

· Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in active work environment.

· Legally authorized to work in US.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
