Apply today! **What is a typical day?** + Harvest activities such as preparation, sorting, drying, etc. + Conditioning activities such as sizing, gravity operation, packaging, palletizing, etc. + Return and rework activities. + Quality Analysis & Control activities. + Field management activities such as scouting, field maintenance. + Warehousing activities including forklift operation, collecting samples, pooling, etc. + Gathering data for continuous improvement projects. + Various other duties as assigned by supervisor. **This position may be an outstanding fit if you:** + Have a High School Diploma or GED + Can safely lift 50lbs, and to stand, walk, kneel, or bend throughout shift + Have flexible availability + Have or can buy Over the Ankle Steel Toes **Perks/Dress Code:** + Pay Incentives at 30, 60, and 90 days ($1 increase and bonus after 90 days) + Strong opportunity for extension for good workers + Weekly Schedule with at least 1 day off per week + Overtime available during busy periods + Introduction to company and direct hire opportunities + Over the Ankle Steel Toes/Composite boots Required Helping you discover what's next in your career is what we're all about, so let's get to work.
