Production Technician

Unrack bumpers off the plating line.

Essential Job Duties:
Unrack parts.

Spray down any chrome in rinse areas.

Keep up to hoist pace.

Be able to identify bumpers and
label them appropriately.

Package when there is time.

Computer skills a plus.

Maintains orderliness and
housekeeping of assigned work areas.

Complies with established policies and procedures.

Complies with all
PPE (personal protective equipment) standards appropriate for the job.

Assumes other duties as assigned.

Shift: 2nd 2:00pm to 6:30am M-TH .
Pay Rate: Starting wage 16.50 with 1.00 shift differential.

Education & Experience:
High School graduate or G.E.D.

and/or equivalent work experience desired.

Prior auto body experience preferred, and supplemented by on-the-job training.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Must be able to work in cooperation with others.

Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments.

Must be able to take direction from supervisors.

Must be able ton communicate effectively with others.

Must have the flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends.
Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment:
This position requires individuals to constantly be on their feet except when operating machinery.

They must be able to stand for long periods, sit, walk, push, pull, bend, climb and be able to move/lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts.

Should be able to tolerate high and low temperature levels.

The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme cold and extreme heat.

Must be able to work in a dusty work environment.

The noise level in the work environment is moderately loud.
