Glen-Gery, one of the nation’s leading brick manufacturers, currently has a new opening available for a Production Molding Technician.
This person will be responsible for the production of stone products by using molds, including the application of liquid mold making materials, pourable two component composite systems, wood working, and natural stone.

Duties and Responsibilities Production of stone products using molds, including the application of liquid mold making materials, pourable two component composite systems, wood working, and natural stone; Processes work orders from product drawings, sketches build plans using templates, mylars; Operates wood working tools, equipment such as table saws, chop saws, staple guns, electric hand tools, flexible rubber mold making materials Performs routine preventative maintenance, organize, clean, maintain tools, equipment, product, and supplies to ensure highest possible standards of cleanliness in accordance with established company procedures Responsible for following all safety guidelines per company procedures Requirements and Skills: High School diploma, GED required, Technical Degree preferred 2-3 year minimum work experience in an industrial manufacturing work environment; experience with molding preferred Ability to work changing weekly schedule.
General mechanical skills and abilities a plus.
