PC Technician

Link Technologies is currently seeking a PC Technician for a client in Las Vegas, NV. This will be an onsite, long-term contract position, responsible for the support and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and applications. As the PC Technician, you will be supporting end-user issues and assisting with any IT projects as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Approximately 3+ years of related IT support experience

· Extensive experience working with desktops, laptops, and tables

· Experience installing and configuring standard hardware and software

· Experience with Microsoft Office 2010, 2013, and Office 365

· Basic Microsoft administration skills

· Intermediate level experience supporting network infrastructure

· Experience with Microsoft Windows 7 and 10 and MDT imaging

· Some experience with managing IT assets preferred

· Experience with Dell Optiplex and Latitude preferred

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Education or related IT certifications a plus

Job Requirements:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Providing troubleshooting for issues related to software, hardware, network, and applications

·         Performing installation and upgrades of computer hardware and software

·         Set up of workstations to include software installs and customizations, access provisioning, etc.

·         Documenting technical procedures

·         Tracking and managing IT assets and inventory

·         Supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications

·         Working with a large team of skilled Systems Technicians to resolve desktop and network related issues
