Title: Non-Certified Petroleum Equipment Service Technician

Reports to: Kevin Morrison

Safety Sensitive Position

Scope of Position:

Performs preventive maintenance on designated equipment systems, including working on underground and above ground units.

Equipment components include submerged pumps, leak detection devices, pressurized lines, fuel dispensers (hoses, nozzles and filter).

Essential Job Functions:

Performs preventive maintenance on designated equipment systems, including working on underground and above ground units.

Equipment components include submerged pumps, leak detection devices, pressurized lines, fuel dispensers (hoses, nozzles and filter).

Maintain assigned vehicle inventory, including accounting for part usage and requests for restocking.

Operate powered construction equipment, such as back hoe, ditch witch, concrete saw, cordless drills

Organize assigned work and meet deadlines

Be at work and on time

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Knowledge and ability of operating a wide array of hand tools, including pipe wrenches, channel locks, drills, etc.

Basic computer skills

Ability to maintain assigned vehicle inventory, including accounting for part usage and requests for re-stocking

Knowledge and ability to operate powered construction equipment, such as back hoe, ditch witch, concrete saw, cordless drills

Ability to organize assigned work and meet deadlines, while keeping the Company and its customers informed

Knowledge of OSHA, EPA and other federal, state, local and company policies

Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds

Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, reach and climb

Ability to perform duties in confined spaces

Basic Qualifications

High School diploma (or equivalent) is required.

Basic computer skills required.

Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass MVR standards.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Excellent interpersonal skills

Must be able to pass a post employment drug test and background check

– $32.00 per hour
